Terms for website use and material inquiries

Information scope

This website provides general information about outdoor and performance fabrics, methods and inquiry preparation. It is not a product specification, test certificate, safety approval, regulatory opinion, warranty or binding offer. Values, methods, availability and commercial terms require written confirmation for the selected construction, finish, color and production lot.

Inquiry submissions

You are responsible for information and files submitted and for having authority to provide them. Do not submit protected technical information, sensitive personal data, regulated substances or third-party intellectual property until an appropriate exchange route is agreed.

Samples and results

Do not ship samples before receiving instructions. Test results apply only to the identified specimen, preparation, conditioning, direction, method and conditions. A fabric result does not automatically establish garment, equipment or future-lot performance.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, remove notices, misrepresent general content as certified evidence or use the website unlawfully. External links do not constitute endorsement or guarantee.

Commercial terms and liability

MOQ, lead time, price, shipment, trial and acceptance terms are established separately in writing. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties and use is at your own risk. Agreed transaction terms take priority where applicable.
